Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping is ONLY £1 PER DELIVERY. The shipping amount will be shown in your purchase details before you make payment.

2. Replacement goods. We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee for replacement goods unless they are being replaced within the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 limits.

3. Cancellation Rights and Refunds under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.You have right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must do so in writing. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of cancellation providing any goods have been returned in good order. You will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods and we expect you pack them securely for safe transit and to obtain a receipt or proof of posting when returning the goods. If we have supplied goods in sealed packaging, the goods must be returned unopened.A refund will be made to the same debit or credit card that was used for the purchase. We may offer substitute goods if those ordered are not available.

4. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to Customised products.
